Texas Sheriff Responds to Driver’s ‘F**k Trump’ Bumper Sticker

People in America respect the First Amendment, but lately, it seems like they are pushing the limits of freedom of speech, especially when it comes to politicians they don’t agree with. Also, when it comes to President Trump.

Some people went crazy when Trump announced his candidacy for the presidential race in 2016. But instead finding some creative names for him they’ve used the simple “F**k Trump” attack.

Two Houston’s drivers decided to make clear how they feel about people who voted for Trump. They Inscribed across the back of their pickup window in huge white letters:

F**k Trump, and f**k you for voting for him.

And that is the reason why the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s office receives complaints every day, and people want the owners of the truck to be held accountable for offending Trump voters.

The sheriff’s office received so many complaints that the sheriff felt the need to write a post on Facebook:

“I have received numerous calls regarding the offensive display on this truck as it is often seen along FM 359. If you know who owns this truck or it is yours, I would like to discuss it with you. Our Prosecutor has informed us she would accept Disorderly Conduct charges regarding it, but I feel we could come to an agreement regarding a modification to it.”

Sheriff Troy Nehls knew what would come after his statement so he decided to share the law in the comment section of his post:

The law states that knowingly using “abusive, indecent, profane or vulgar language in a public space” is, by definition, disorderly conduct.

It’s barely a year into Trump’s presidency, and it seems that this kind of behavior is definitely not slowing down.
