Roy Moore Innocence May Have Been Proved by Special Investigator Analyzing the Handwriting

The liberals believed that the accusations against Roy Moore are proven when Beverly Young Nelson together with her legal attorney Gloria Allred presented a yearbook allegedly signed by Moore.

In the yearbook, Moore allegedly wrote a flattering note to the young teenage girl which could be seen as a flirtatious message having in mind that it became a part of a sexual misconduct allegation and making the headlines on almost every media 40 years later. And that note contained Moore signature, which made the message clear as day.

Anyhow, Philip Jauregui, Moore’s attorney, at Wednesday news conference, made a move that can change the perspective of the whole case and prove his innocence.

He demanded Beverly Young Nelson and her lawyer Gloria Allred to turn over the yearbook for forensic analysis.

“We demand that you immediately release the yearbook to a neutral custodian,” Jauregui requested, “so that we can see the ink on the page, we can see the indentations, and we can see how old is that ink. Is it 40 years old or is it a week old?”

Jauregui provoked numerous comments during the news conference when he demanded the yearbook and implied that the signature in it was fake.

“We’re still working through some things, but there are some things you need to know and we want to make you aware of,” Jauregui stated to Newsmax.

“We… had a handwriting expert look at the evidence submitted” by Allred and Nelson.

“Judge Moore not only has denied everything (Nelson) said before, but now flatly denies that and he says it’s not true. We have a handwriting expert… that is looking at those. …Right now, our attorney is sending a letter to Gloria Allred demanding that the yearbook be released.”

The intelligence experts were just waiting for a move like Jauregui made by requesting forensic examination.

“Moore is vindicated,” the expert stated. “When the yearbook signature was reproduced, every Investigator in the country was waiting to see whether Moore would make the critical move: Ask for the yearbook to be examined by a forensic expert. Because the ink always indicates the year of the writing. Always. If he didn’t make the request he was toast. If he makes the request he never signed it.”

Jauregui highlighted two inconsistencies during the news conference that were both connected. Nelson stated that she hasn’t seen Moore since the incident that allegedly happened when she was 16 years old. Anyhow, in 1999 when Moore was a circuit court judge, he signed Nelson’s second divorce. This is something she should remember!

This is the first inconsistency, and the second one is that the yearbook was signed by Moore as “Roy Moore, D.A.”

“Judge Moore can’t ever remember signing his name with D.A. after it, but he had seen it before,” Jauregui stated.

“You know where he had seen it? When he was on the bench, his assistant, whose initials are D.A., Deborah Adams, would stamp his signature on documents and put capital D.A. That’s exactly how the signature appears on the divorce decree that Judge Moore signed.”

This is probably a good sign that the signature might be forged from court documents but the forensic examination of ink will have the final word.

This forensic investigation will prove whether the Nelson is telling the truth, or whether the yearbook is a relevant sign how credible the story is.

So, it isn’t a wonder that Allred is hesitating to hand over the yearbook for forensic examination.

Anyhow, this won’t absolve all Moore’s charges. Even if the analysis proves that the signature was fake, Moore will be faced with several other accusers whose allegations against him are probably true.

Anyhow, the investigation should start with the most convincing recent evidence and that is the yearbook that Moore stated he never signed.
