A Reality TV Star Was Arrested After One Coast Guardsman Died in the Car Crush

A reality TV star was arrested for the horrible car accident in Virginia Beach, Virginia, that killed Daniel Dill, member of the U.S. Coast Guard, this month.

Melissa Hancock, who was in the on Lifetime’s “Little Women: Atlanta” show, is charged with driving under the influence, maiming, and driving the wrong way. She is currently being held without bond in the Virginia Beach jail.

Hancock crashed into Dill’s car with a 2011 Cadillac. The 29-year-old victim was taken to the nearest hospital in which she was declared dead.

Dill was on his way to pick up his wife and her friends after a birthday party, he decided not to drink so he could be able to drive them home safe.

Dill died after midnight Sunday Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. He suffered spinal cord injury, his brain was swollen and had internal injuries and several broken bones. They’ve decided to take him off the ventilator once the doctors explained his situation.

Hancock, who weighs 77 pounds and is 4 feet tall, told the police that she had “two to four” alcoholic drinks an hour before the accident.
